In 1994, SELEE received Ford Motor Company's prestigious Q1 Preferred Quality Award - Ford's highest recognition of superior quality.
SELEE became a member of the Porvair family of companies in 1995.
In 1996, SELEE achieved QS-9000 certification – one of the first 100 companies in U.S. This certification was later upgraded to Third Edition in 1998.
Achieved Howmet Certified Supplier Status in 2000.
In 2001, SELEE acquired Engineered Ceramics®, a manufacturer of dense refractories for the steel, investment castings and other industrial markets.
In 2002, SELEE achieved ISO 14001:1996 certification.
SELEE was upgraded to ISO 9001:2000 Standard in 2004.
In 2008, SELEE introduced CS-X®, its next generation, environmentally friendly cast house filter.
SELEE was upgraded once again in 2009 to the ISO 9001:2008 Standard.
In 2009, SELEE's next generation CS-X® cast house filter received the American Ceramic Society Corporate Environmental Achievement Award.
In 2015, SELEE acquired Fiber Ceramics, a division of Joy-Mark, Inc., further adding to the broad ceramic foam product line of SELEE.
