Joy started out in the shipping department as a Traffic Coordinator, then moved into the Logistics Manager position, and in 2008 became Demand Process & Logistics Manager for SELEE. Joy has a son who lives in Charleston, and a very cute King Charles Spaniel at home.
Joy particularly appreciates the international aspect of her responsibilities at SELEE. “I enjoy being able to communicate with customers overseas. I like working with the supply chain on the logistics side coordinating the movement of the product from SELEE to customers all over the world. “
Joy enjoys new adventures and challenges. “I am a firm believer in getting out of your comfort zone and trying things that you are afraid to do. It helps you grow as an individual. I also believe that there is a positive twist to any situation in life.”

Pam has been with SELEE since 2008. She lives in Hendersonville with her three beautiful pups. Originally from Minnesota (Go Vikings!), Pam has lived in North Carolina for over 25 years.
After spending one year in the SELEE Shipping Department, Pam transitioned to customer service. She enjoys getting to know customers personally and chatting with them about their families, traveling, and life in general. As she says, “Sometimes I talk to customers more than my own family!”
In her free time, Pam likes to hike, go fishing, shop, and ride motorcycles. She particularly enjoys traveling to warm places and exploring animal habitats. Locally, Pam loves the Biltmore Estate and recommends a tour of the Vanderbilt mountain estate to anyone visiting our area.

Rebecca has been with SELEE for 23 years. Born and raised in Hendersonville, she has two adult children and one AWESOME grandchild whom she spoils on a regular basis. Her extended family includes her boyfriend Kevin, his children, two Yorkies and Mr. Clark-a very large dog.
In her free time, Rebecca loves being with family and almost anything that involves enjoying outdoor life here in the mountains of North Carolina. She loves to travel - particularly to the beach and one especially amazing trip to Hawaii.
If you are ever in Hendersonville, Rebecca recommends a visit to see all the shops and restaurants in Downtown Hendersonville-especially McFarlan’s Bakery!

Deanna has been with SELEE since 2007. She is married with three boys and has two rambunctious dogs. Deanna and her family live in an historic 1870 home which they spent many years restoring. She has a degree in Industrial Engineering and recently completed her MBA at Wingate University - Hendersonville.
Deanna loves talking to people from around the globe and her favorite part of her job is finding a way to help customers in difficult situations. Not only does Deanna have the knowledge to develop solutions for her customers, she also schedules production so she has the ability to make things happen for her customers.
“I know that my results impact customers and they greatly appreciate the work that I do. I also have a great team here at SELEE and every person that I work with is reliable; we all do different things but contribute to the larger goal of quality products and customer satisfaction.”

Flor is originally from Brazil and is fluent in three languages: English, Spanish, and Portuguese. She moved to the area 5 years ago and loves everything about it. She enjoys working with customers to find creative solutions, improve efficiency, and help maintain a high level of satisfaction. She greatly values working with the Product Coordination team, and her team on the plant floor. “Every person at SELEE is so committed the success of the operation every day, that I’m excited to go to work and be part of that”.
Flor has 2 grown sons and a host of nieces and nephews who are the light of her life. She loves Asheville, hiking – taking leisurely strolls – in beautiful places, and picnics. Her favorite spot is in the area is Crabapple Falls because “it feels like a magical fairy wonderland”. She loves travelling, meeting new people, and having new adventures.
“I tell my sons to make a plan and execute it. Work towards the outcome you want and not the outcome you think you will get. If anything changes, analyze, adjust, rally, and execute”.
